Brylanehome - Horrible Experience
Order 3 items November 30, 2018,called November 5 and was told the item was processing, called November 11 and was told the most important item was cancelled. Cancelled by who?
Not me! Order replaced and was told the item would be Expressed, call back to upgrade to superfast and was to told the item couldn't be expressed or superfast because it was from a third party....so the first and second person lied to me and the third person told on them and the fourth person whom was supposedly a supervisor also confirmed my order was standard shipping but it if i needed further information he could transfer me to a supervisor.......BS
